3 Major goals for 2008-09 are as follows :-
1. To improve the depth of market penetration in current trading sectors and continually develop the bespoke on line operating system delivering an extremely cost effective business model across the UK at the cutting edge of available technology .
2. End of March 2009 taking the online operating system to market as a unique operating system based on PDA's enabling a more cost effective, faster recruitment process for both users and purchasing clients alike whilst facilitating the deployment of a flexible working HR practice to attract performing consultants to work for Spectrum Personnel or Spectrum ITR Limited
3. Establishment of Spectrum-International-Recruitment as a major force in the Middle East recruitment market .
